British at its best

Hand carved wood

Drawing upon 100 years of cabinet making and upholstery knowledge, making handmade furniture and upholstery is what we do best. With London craft week fast approaching, we’re excited to be part of such a wonderful celebration of British Craftmanship. It is vital we champion hand making craft furniture, fabrics and accessories, and encourage young craftsnen and women to continue our heritage. We’re real advocates to such events, especially one in which true craftmanship is showcased.

Since 1969, we’ve prided ourselves on hand making furniture using the finest natural materials such as loose curled hair, coir, hessian and pure wool waddings. All our furniture is produced by us in our own workshops by time served dedicated craftsmen and women and with an uncompromising approach to our upholstery build-up.  As one of the last truly traditional upholstery companies in England, our furniture offers excellent investment value, only ever requiring a recover. Our furniture really is made to last a lifetime.

Artisan Furniture Makers

Our dedicated cabinet makers pride themselves on their meticulous detail and won’t allow for any piece to leave their bench until absolutely perfect.  With over 80 years combined experience in furniture making and hand carving, means every item and project receives the utmost care and attention it deserves.
