  • A. Lead times vary depending on quantity and level of bespoke work involved, most orders can be completed within 12 weeks or less. If you have a specific lead time please contact us and we will always work with you to achieve it.

  • A. Both. We are happy to sample from a wide selection of fabrics following a brief conversation or you can supply your own fabric. If supplying your own fabric, we like to receive a sample to check suitability and this then allows us to check your fabric is correct once we receive it. Please do not send us fabric until we have confirmed the fabric and quantities as the actual quantity required for your order my vary from our standard requirements if there is a pattern repeat.

  • A. Not a problem. During the order process, we will calculate the correct quantity of fabric for you based on the fabric you wish to supply. All our fabric requirements are based on a plain fabric so using a large pattern will increase our minimum quantities. Please contact us to discuss any fabrics you are considering using so we avoid wastage and receive the correct amount.

  • A. Yes, all our pieces are handmade to order in-house so we can alter the sizes shown, we will advise on what is possible so the comfort is not affected. Please contact us to discuss any change you would like to make.

  • A. All delivery charges vary depending on where you live.

    Deliveries are made from our Lancashire workshops unless you have requested to collect smaller items from our London Showroom. Our in-house dedicated delivery team will hand deliver, place in situ, unwrap and remove all packing.

  • Our standard filling is 70% Pure Feather and 30% Pure Down. We can vary any composition of Feather to Down mix to accommodate your level of comfort. If you don’t want to plump traditional cushions to maintain them then you can request our feather and down wrapped cushions which have either a foam or 100% latex core. All our pure feather and down cushions are chambered to avoid feather shift so as to preserve the comfort and longevity of your cushions. If you have any allergies to feather and down, we offer a selection of hypoallergenic materials or micron barriers, please ask us for more details.

  • If can’t get to our showrooms and you are considering selecting a number of pieces from us, we will happily bring a selection of your requested designs to your home or site for you to try in situ. We make a nominal charge depending upon your location. Our dedicated team will arrive at your location and carefully place our furniture in your home for you to try for an hour to ensure you are happy with both the comfort and design in your space.

  • If you think that the furniture you wish to order from us may not fit through doorways in your home, we offer a delivery check service. You can request one of our team to attend your home to check on access and advise on the best way to deliver our furniture.

  • There are two options:

    1.Goods can be returned to our showroom in person.

    2. Or by Royal Mail / Courier to our warehouse: Returns Department, Unit 15, Centurion Industrial Estate, Centurion Way, Leyland, PR25 4GU, United Kingdom. The cost of return is covered by our customer. We recommend you use tracked delivery.

    Please include the original order slip noting your reason for return.
